- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our new customers we send one of our bid packages and the customer is capable of scheduling right from our bids. After scheduling we complete the job on time and leave your property looking spotless.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owned a painting company for 5 years. Before every job, we have to thoroughly clean the home to prep it for cleaning. During this process, I learned all the skills of exterior cleaning and now I have decided to apply that and start Longhorn Softwash.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with homeowners but we can work with anyone!
