Where do I start? The relationship started out well. It quickly degraded into a non-professional fiasco. Committed timelines were missed even though she knew we moved other contractors schedules so she could have the days she wanted. Wrong color paint. Tried to rush job at times. Had her kids working on the project. Lost the numbering schema for all the hinges so now we have a bag of hinges with no idea which doors they go back and and no idea which doors go where. The quality of the painting on the cabinets was poor. See pictures for all the paint runs. The doors looked good, however, now that we are talking to new contractors ... they are telling us the wrong kind of paint was used. Everything will need to be stripped down and repainted. Juliette blamed the paint store for paint issues. Blamed Facebook. She blamed us. When asked to remediate the issues she gaslit us and tried to make us feel like we did everything wrong and were at fault. Then she threated us with legal action if we did not pay within 1 hour. I could go on and on with even more issues but I think the point is made.
