- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trust in Light Studios believes about documenting your whole entire day. We document from beginning to end. Our prices are for the entire day. Our prices our based on events but can offer hour coverage if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to remember myself before when we were shopping for a photographer. Treat others with respect but if possible educate because wedding, portrait sessions and cinematography are very dynamic and unexpected moment happens that you want to make sure that your professional creator is not limited with hourly restraints but can capture the whole event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During our consultation portion we go over basic tips and tricks for the wedding day or portrait session. There are some areas that we have learned through experience that have allowed everyone to have fun and catch those special moments that our clients wanted documented.
