Got in touch with Jennifer within an hour of posting to Thumbtack. She was also quick to follow up on messages I left. We scheduled a appointment for the next day and she was able to get my entire rental property cleaned (even with the new tenant moving in at the same time)!! This is the first time we used Jennifer - prior to moving into a new home. She and a helper did a very thorough job cleaning appliances, shelves, drawers and all of the usual stuff. We are so happy with her work we plan to have her back!
