FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give out a estimate I try and factor in how many loads the job will take, the amount of physical labor, and how much the dump fees are to dispose of the materials I’m hauling. I typically will give a ball park range for example if I think the price could be 500 dollars but there’s a possibility that it could be more I would give you an estimate of something like $500-$800.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I’m working with any customer I like to get photos of the job they want done. Then I like to meet at the location they want the work done so I can see for my own eyes what needs to be done and game plan how I would attack the job. Then I would come up with an estimate later that day just so I have time to give you the best estimate I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My brother in law started doing junk removal and I saw how he was doing so I wanted to start my own business doing it too. I got tired of working my 9-5 job making someone else rich while I barely got by. So I decided to become my own boss and go into business for myself.
