- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I would typically get basic information about the event’s date and time, and location, what package the new customer is interested in. Once that is done, I start working on their contract, and finding out what is the event’s theme and colors, and additional information that will make the 360 booth rental run more smoothly. Knowing the party event’s theme helps us buy photo props and photo backdrop that matches the event decor! Which only takes less than a few days to get payment method figured out and contracts signed! New customers won’t have to do any work, my company deals with setting up the photo booth at the event and assisting guests with making their 360 videos and downloading them to their phones.
