- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fully transparent and all-inclusive. Your investment covers the creative session, high-resolution digital editing, and a private online gallery with full download and print rights—always. I don’t believe in hidden fees, and I will never force you to pay extra just to access your own memories. While I maintain standard rates to ensure a high-end, compromise-free experience, I do offer special bundled packaging if you choose to combine an engagement session with milestone event coverage. A standard retainer is required to secure your date, and flexible payment plans are gladly accommodated to fit your investment schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The Creative Consultation We’ll start with a relaxed conversation via phone or video to map out your vision. We’ll dive into the overall mood, aesthetic, and style you want to achieve to ensure we are perfectly aligned before the cameras even roll. 2. Tailored Planning & Styling Next, we design the logistics. From scouting the perfect backdrops to coordinating wardrobe ideas that complement the location, we’ll build a seamless timeline. Every detail is curated ahead of time so you can arrive feeling confident and prepared. 3. The Shoot On the day of your session, I handle the details so you can focus on the experience. We’ll keep the atmosphere relaxed, collaborative, and entirely stress-free. I will guide you through natural directing and clean angles—no awkward, rigid posing required. 4. High-End Post-Production & Delivery Behind the scenes, I hand-select and professionally edit your best images, enhancing color, lighting, and composition while preserving a timeless feel. Your final, high-resolution digital gallery will be delivered via a private, elegant online collection with full print rights.
