- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're a high end advertising visuals provider. We typically work off a 1/2 day or full day project schedule. Our projects fall into the $200+ per hour range (food will be noticeably more). We're not looking to fill our calendars with low budget assignments. We offer great experience and great results to all our clientele. If your project requires high end work, and you're not put off by our charges, then we're a good match for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look at your project, and send you an estimate. When you accept the estimate you're required to sign it (and return it), so that we have a working contract. At that point we book the project, and produce the work. Payment in full is required upon your receipt of our imagery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both partners at mp2 went through traditional photography schooling at the beginning of our careers. Our continuing education has been through those we've worked with and studied under, on-site and off-site semesters/seminars, and on-line training. With 50+ combined years of experience the partners at mp2 have the knowledge base that will add to your project, and elevate your brand.
