- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees or expenses. Quotes are subject to having changes but any change from the original quote needs to be authorized by the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I give them the opportunity to ask any questions they might have to give them a better understanding of who I am and what I do. We will talk about my quote / invoicing process and terms
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been on the job training. Everything I have learned has been learned in the field doing the work. I am a master certified shingle applicator with CertainTeed corporation. I have also started my business management degree
