My name is, Michael Karamalegos. I am the broker/ owner of Sheboygan Apartment Finders. I started my career in Real Estate in 2000 as a building manager and leasing agent in Milwaukee, WI while going to school at WCTC, where I sat as SGA president. I moved to Chicago, IL and took a position as the director of property management for a large firm. There I managed a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of commercial/ retail space scattered through-out the Chicago land area. I loved it. I loved both of those jobs. Real estate has always been a calling for me. I'm native to Sheboygan, WI and was proud to move back here in 2006. Sheboygan is a remarkable place to live and offers us so many great amenities. Not only is it a wonderful place to raise a family, but from Lake Michigan to the Riverfront to all of the 1st class golf courses, Sheboygan has something to offer everyone. I have been a resident from Sheboygan apartment finders for almost 4 years. Through those 4 years if I had a problem or needed something fixed Sheboygan apartment finders and Michael were right on top of it. They have been the best landlord/business I've ever rented from... If your looking for true honest people Sheboygan apartment finders and Michael are the people to go too.

Provide invoices and pay bills timely - so no summons is received or late charge. Keep better track of income and expenses - don't "make up" numbers. Don't up-charge on expenses - say it cost $35 & then charge $70. Answer texts and voice mails in timely manner. Complete a job when started. Have had this company since March and no income has been received as of yet. Paid him to provide a copy of his resume and even that was late. Charged by attorneys to explain his figures which were incorrect. Send him $1500 in March to pay attorney and wasn't paid in August, Invoices are consistently incorrect- so received a "revised" invoice and still figures were incorrect. Took six weeks to fix a window he said would be done in a week. Constantly told the job would be finished since it was paid for- but no one showed up. Then told to finish would be charged extra. Inside doors were left out in the rain. Failed to get a copy of tenant's key after the locks were changed. Was told he lost another account - can believe that considering the way he treats clients and tenants. Was told written permission was necessary for any expense over $250 - but he charged me over that amount without permission and then never finished the job
