Responded and completed the work within a few hours of being contacted. He was willing to do a lawn that is all on a hill and did more than expected. My yard looks great, and I will gladly call Ted in the future!

I am very impressed with the fine work and advice provided by Ted regarding my landscaping needs. He did an excellent job of making my front and back yards and the side of my house look great. He got rid of lots of weeds and other landscape problems I inherited from the previous owner. I plan to have him continue to improve and maintain my yard and outside environment in the future.

Ted was very responsive and tuned into my lawn needs. My lawn was mowed and edged within 48 hrs after he accepted the job, and it looked beautiful. A weekly contract has prevented me from desired service in the past, but with Ted’s “call when needed” service, it will be finally be financially duable. I’m especially looking forward to my summer now:)

Nice work clearing leaves, tho a bit of a miscommunication regarding our local leaf puck up ( there isn’t). So instead of hauling away or bagging so we could left all the leaves along the curb. Which meant a full day job for us to load up and take away.

I try to quote out jobs at a fair price based on the customers needs and the requirements of their specific properties attributes. I calculate the quality materials required at cost and then apply my labor rate to come up with an agreeable fee for completing the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible up front so that I can understand your situation, set up a time frame to get the job completed and discuss payment expectations upon delivery.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did quite a few years (10) of this work for a landscaping business in my past before deciding that I truly enjoy helping customers out with their needs and starting my own business.
