- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ve built a smooth, professional process to make your project easy from start to finish: Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, goals, and timeline. From there, we schedule an in-person estimate. On-Site Estimate We walk the property with you, assess surface conditions, and discuss colors, finishes, and any repairs needed. You’ll receive a clear, detailed estimate outlining the full scope of work. Approval & Scheduling Once approved, we collect a 30% deposit and lock your project into our schedule at a time that works best for you. Preparation Phase Proper prep is key. We protect all surrounding areas, complete necessary repairs, and thoroughly prepare surfaces to ensure a long-lasting finish. Professional Painting Our team applies high-quality coatings using proven methods, maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout the process. Final Walkthrough & Completion We review everything with you to ensure complete satisfaction. Any touch-ups are handled immediately, and the job isn’t complete until you’re happy.
