Zach, our technician, was great. He was polite and professional and got the job done quickly. He even was able to show up earlier than scheduled, so that was nice to have done first thing in the morning.
The reason for the 3/5 stars is because of the differences between what the sales rep sold me on versus the job that was actually done. The sales rep told me they spray 5ft up and 5ft out. Zach said WI law states only 3ft up and out. The sales rep also said they lay granular 15ft from the house, Zach said they only do a couple of feet. The sales rep also said they'd come back out 30 days after the first spraying, then it would be quarterly. Zach told me that he will be out in 3 months. Either deceptive marketing, or big miscommunication between the sales team and techs.
Their rates are the same as every other pest company around, and I only hired them because of those promises that the sales rep mentioned as they were more attractive than what other companies were offering. In the end, they offer the same service as everyone else.

Just had our initial treatment with Jadyn. Really appreciate his patience, listening skills, and attention to detail as we walked the property inside and out. My dog and kids were talking his ear off the whole time, and he took it in stride and was very friendly with them! I've only interacted with Greenix twice so far, but both experiences have been quite pleasant.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
