Karl is the bet trainer there is. Not only did he teach me the correct form for exercises he helped me understand the importance of nutrition. He I'd a great coach and really pushes you to do the best. With Karl as my trainer I was able to lose 50lbs, he is the best there is!!!!

I had been working out on my own for almost 6 months without success before I started personal training with Karl. During the two months as my trainer, Karl created a fitness plan that focused on muscle toning and weight loss. I lowered by my body fat by over 4% in that time. Karl's workouts are very challenging, but customized to the trainee's strength and comfort level. Karl is punctual and very motivational! He will also hold you accountable to your workout and dietary plan.

Karl always came up with new & challenging exercise routines! It was never boring & was always challenging but doable. Karl also helped me learn how to do several exercises on my own, so now I have successfully kept myself in shape & lost weight over the past 4 months on my own.
