- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial walk through to introduce myself, have the customer explain what services they are looking for, and give a more accurate quote after getting a feel for the amount of time and what type of services will be needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on finishing my bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. I have worked in customer service all of my life and love working with people. Before cleaning on my own, I cleaned for a professional cleaning company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in pharmacy for 12 years and now that I have a family found it hard to juggle with the late hours and holidays. My friend introduced me to try cleaning, and now I can make my schedule and I love what I do!
