Great experience. They were very responsive, got us an estimate quickly and completed our partial roof replacement within two weeks. They cleaned up before they left, no trace they had ever been there, except our roof doesn't leak anymore! Highly recommend.

The workers were very friendly and knew their trade very well. They listened to the gutter and basement leaking issues we were having and helped me find an affordable solution that fit our needs. I got quotes from several companies and this is the only one where I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into more than what I needed or like there was an unneeded upselling pitch going on.

Modern Exterior replaced a section of my gutters for me this Spring. From the initial appointment for the quote till the work was completed it was a pleasure working with this team. They are very responsive- every time I called they picked up or called me back. The work quality was great - exactly what I was looking for. Even though this was a gutter job, it was quite a difficult one since some of the gutters are hard to reach but I was impressed with their work. Price is reasonable too. I will surely be using them again next time.

He says Modern Exterior going to do a good job and that I will have a quality, functional roof when all is said and done. I'm looking forward to them doing the work.
