Wow. Modern Exterior was amazing. Great communication with job coordinators and amazing crew. They quoted us a fair price, provided ample detail on all aspects of the job, helped us figure out the best options in terms of extras/rails, ordered and scheduled service in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe the best part… they showed up on the day planned, which ended up being an extremely hot day, but they knew rain was expected that night so they got the job done and got it done right. Historic, torrential rains started an hour after they left and I can say with certainty that they saved those rooms covered by that flat roof. Amazing!!
