- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You don't have to replace your windows! We can repair them for you. You will save money on replacing just a piece of rotten wood or broken or foggy glass instead of replacing a full window. Prices vary and depend on the measurements, the size and details of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates. Our estimator will examine what needs to be done and will come up with the best solution for you. Once you approve the job we will collect the down payment and order all the necessary material depending on your project (glass or mechanisms). When we have all the material we will give you a call to get you on the schedule for your repairs. If you have a woodwork project and we are not fully booked we will be able to perform the repairs on the date of the estimate.

• Services Offered We offer services for residential and commercial vinyl and wood windows: double hung, casement, awning picture and special shapes. Broken & foggy glass replacement, patio door glass replacement, patio door rollers replacement. Window mechanism, crank & balancer replacement. Wood window sash repair. • Not Offered We do not offer any types of repairs or replacement: auto glass, block windows, mirrors, installation of windows purchased elsewhere, or handyman services, window cleaning, roofs, siding. We do not repair leaking or drafty windows.
