Darel is a complete pro. He went above and beyond installing my vinyl plank flooring in my old mobile home. He even picked it up from the Home Depot in Rapids on his way to my place 25 mins south. He had to cut the expanding foam I had put in after replacing the subfloor after the 3 yr flood I had that just about ruined everything I owned up there. He was in constant contact with me and did the job when I wasn't even up there. (This is my small vacation property) very easy to work with and treated my place like it was his own. Very reasonable with his proce and up front. We never discussed putting the quarter round back and I didn't have it marked so we settled at pick up, install and trimming the expanding foam. He did about 255 square feet and some was in tight spots in the kitchen hall and bathroom. And he was the ONLY one in the area that was willing to install in my older mobile home when 3 other places refused to help. Would hire again.

Darel (and John) did such an amazing job on installing new flooring throughout the first floor of my home, as well as repairing my bathroom floor. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tongue and groove is different than a lock and fold floor for difficulty. Also glued, staple are different pricing as degree of difficulty. also if room if square it would be easier than a hallway that requires precision cutting of door jams.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer decided on flooring and then contact me through app. I will respond quickly and ask questions about type of flooring, profile whether lock and fold (click) or tongue and groove. How many square feet etc. Then call or video chat to go through the details of costs and site needs such as transition pieces.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years in many roles such as Technical Manager for engineered flooring company. I would support installers with advice on proper installation technique and specifications.
