Introduction: I am a Certified Yoga Instructor through the N.C.C.P.T. (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers). I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga and offer lessons for the beginner and intermediate practitioners in the privacy of their homes.
Vinyasa Yoga gives you an added cardiovascular benefit; increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility; and reduces levels of stress.
Lessons range from a 90 minute course, which is designed for the beginning Yoga practitioner to learn proper form and breathing in basic and some intermediate Yoga asanas (poses) and a more intense 60 minute course designed for the intermediate Yoga practitioner.
* I will provide all the equipment (Yoga mat, Yoga block and Yoga strap). All you need to provide are comfortable clothing and a positive mindset.
