FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices and fees are competitive with the market. We work by the hour, as well as on a contractual basis. We aren't the cheapest, but our workmanship speaks for itself, as well as the respect level that we extend to our customers and their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact and overview of the work to be completed. 2. Get a materials list and scope of work, then present an estimate. 3. Sign a contract, recieve monies for materials and start-up costs, and agree to a schedule for work to begin. 4. Any changes involved are discussed beforehand and signed off, if necessary, during construction. 5. We discuss, with the customer, each phase of the job as we go. Communication is KEY! 6. Upon completion, we complete a walk-thru inspection of the entire job before final signatures. All issues, whether big or small, if any, are resolved as quickly as possible. If the customer isn't happy, we fix it promptly! We want, and ask for, referals when finished. Our mission is to make our customers happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
