From the very first call, their team was professional, responsive, and clear about pricing and timing—no surprises or hidden fees. On moving day, the crew arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work. They handled all of my belongings with care, wrapping fragile items securely and making sure everything was properly protected during transport. We had a cross country move and a very full shipping trailer. They had to unload from a shipping yard onto another truck, drive to our house in Charleston and unload into our new home. The guys were great, friendly and a lot of fun to be around and kept up the pace to get the job done timely. Would use them again if the need arises.

The entire experience was one where you felt everyone cared about making your move as stress-free as possible. Their professionalism both in the office as well as the moving team is superb. Equally wonderful was the way that they priced the move. It was thoughtful and reasonable. The move was between Charleston and Morgantown which required a long haul drive. Upon arrival the crew was great in getting everything where it needed to go. If you are thinking of moving my recommendation is to put these folks first on your list.
