I have taking Pilates classes from Nancy for only 2 years, and she is the greatest motivater ever! She tells stories during the work out and I forget I am working out! But at the same time looks at what everyone is doing to make sure we do it right and we do not hurt ourselves.She directs very well! She has great sense of humor and takes live as a great journey. I feel like I can start my day with great energy when I am ready to go to work into my self owned business. The extra energy is very much needed. Nancy is wonderful instructor and a great person.

I couldn't ask for a better Pilates experience! I took my first reformer class there and now I'm hooked. Kaity Goldsmith is best the Pilates instructor in town, she explains everything throughly and patiently. Not only is it the best workout I've ever had, it's so much fun! Don't walk, RUN to Mountaintop Pilates before classes fill up!

We have mat, kettlebells and other props. We provide beginner through advanced technique. Exercises are modified accordingly. Degrees and Certifications: Masters of Physical Therapy and Certified Pilates Instructor.

We are Morgantown's only traditional pilates studio! We are a fully equipped studio, featuring balanced body reformer, tower, Cadillac, and exo chair. Lessons are offered as private, semi-private, and group classes, including group mat classes. Each lesson is designed to fit the needs of the individual client, and exercise modification is applied when appropriate. Our practice is centered on the pilates principles envisioned by Joseph Pilates himself. Each principle is integrated throughout the work, creating a mind-body connection, while specifically focusing on the body's "powerhouse".
