I hired Capital Labor Service to help move a heavy sectional to a different room. Chazz and Scotty showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous right away. However, they also had a sense of humor, and I liked that. These two men moved my sectional, AND took the time to figure out how to best fit in the house. Then they helped me set up the room the sectional had come out of. I know men don’t usually have the patience to keep moving furniture around, but these guys were so patient and kind about it. I appreciated that so much! I also appreciated their friendliness and caring. I was so happy about the job they did and the rapport we had, that I asked them to do the landscaping too. They did a wonderful job on the lawn. I think communication is extremely important when you are doing business online. There has to be good communication, and they have both kept in touch and let me know what was going on. It is so hard to find someone that wants to work around here. Chazz runs a great business and they are hard workers. If you need any work done, call them. They don’t try to break the bank either. Thank you Chazz and Scotty!

I adore these guys - they unloaded a large regional move for my family that involved a combination of three households’ worth of belongings (including plenty of high value antique pieces), which they had to “ferry” by Uhaul on a difficult rural road from a base station where the main trailer was delivered in town, since it was much too large to be brought directly to the house. They work so hard and are so careful with everything, incredibly funny and a treat to have in the house. They are my moving heroes! They also helped with a one-off pick-up/delivery of a secretary purchased from fb marketplace recently and were, once again, wonderful to work with. I would never hesitate to contact them if I need help with anything from smaller in-house furniture relocation, assembly, another pick-up/delivery job or certainly another large-scale move. They took the stress out of the process and are a delight to work with! Thank you guys again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
most important i try to help my customers know me. So, its not like strangers are showing up to invade their privacy. because moving although requested can still feel like am invasion of personal space. Also, i make sure they understand the process and the rates so there are no surprises.
