Not gonna lie, when a bat showed up on my attic camera, just zooming around without a care in the world: I panicked. Started Google-ing a lot of facts about bats (don't do that, by the way.) I have a lot of respect for bats, I just didn't want Bruce (because of course I named the bat) to make my home his home. Enter Jeff and Chase (who were disturbingly casual about the existence of Bruce in my attic.) One quick consultation later,a date was set to change the locks on Bruce so he couldn't squat in my attic after (we all assumed) he had vacated the premises. Four days later, when Bruce defiantly zoomed past the camera again they came back out, crawled around in my Horror House Attic and found his Secret Entrance to seal it up. Bruce has since moved on to more bat-appreciative lodgings. TLDR; they're amazing, professional, and kind humans. I hope to not need their services again but would do so knowing they're truly willing to see a job through to completion.

First, want to point out that after reaching out on 12/23, Jeff came out to our home on CHRISTMAS EVE! I was very appreciative that he could make it on a holiday. You can tell he truly cares about people and helping them get their homes back. So after dealing with some of the large companies for a couple of years and not having the pest problem fully resolved, we were very frustrated. At the beginning of November we started to notice increased activity and even had to rearrange our bedroom and move it downstairs. Jeff got to the root of the problem and we have not heard or seen anything since he came to help us out. We are incredibly grateful. You can tell that Jeff is an expert and he pays attention to details. He's down to earth and easy to work with. He also has very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend using his services!
He was very punctual about getting back to me and scheduling us out within 2 days! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and how he could help us. He was INCREDIBLY kind and caring!
