Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
I had water coming down my chimney into my fireplace. He put a metal cap on the top as I had asked and he did a great job with that. I still had water coming in and he was very persistent about getting the leak stopped, which he did. Not real sure that it was a bargain but he did the job successfully and I’m very satisfied.Nov 23, 2017

Thank you John I was happy to make everything work for you.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually have to see the project in person and price all the materials. Then let the customer know a ballpark range of what they'll need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Show up on time when you tell the customer you will meet them for the initial meeting. Punctuality and honesty make a huge impact
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started at 16 working for a contractor. then as I got older I just started investing into my own tools and equipment. Then before I knew it customers started reaching out to have work done.
