Clint did a thorough job inspecting the pool at the house I am purchasing. With the inspection, he provided a very detailed report, inclusive of photos), indicating what work was needed, what may be needed down the road, etc. he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Clint.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My home Inspections start at $375 up to 1500sq/ft and goes up $25 for every additional 500sq/ft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect information from my clients and the reason for the inspection. Then I send my clients an appointment confirmation e-mail with the location, time and date of the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have framed houses in my past. Now I am constantly remodeling or building new structures. I spent year in a prestige school training to become a home inspector. And now I'm constantly continuing my education so I can be trained for the latest and greatest building practices
