The best inspection experience we’ve ever had. We hired Clint Stockflet to do a general inspection of our home, just making sure everything was in good order. Clint is a good communicator so scheduling was easy, he arrived on time and took his time doing a thorough inspection. What sets Clint apart from other inspectors (and we’ve met quite a few over the years) is the care and attention he gives to explaining what he finds. He encouraged us to follow him and ask questions. He found issues that our original inspector missed when we bought the house. He offer valuable tips on maintenance. And before he left he discussed the highlights with us, in addition to sending a thorough report. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My home Inspections start at $375 up to 1500sq/ft and goes up $25 for every additional 500sq/ft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect information from my clients and the reason for the inspection. Then I send my clients an appointment confirmation e-mail with the location, time and date of the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have framed houses in my past. Now I am constantly remodeling or building new structures. I spent year in a prestige school training to become a home inspector. And now I'm constantly continuing my education so I can be trained for the latest and greatest building practices
