  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Unfortunately in the line of waste management and junk removal there isn't a set pricing structure. There are too many variables that come into play when providing cost for our services. We do offer free estimates to customers within Laramie County (Wyoming).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We encourage our customers to view our profile online with as well as our Facebook page and google plus page. Once the customer has viewed who we are we will converse via email or phone to setup a time to meet, provide and estimate and schedule work. In some cases we are able to accommodate estimate over the phone site unseen.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are a team of professionals in our line of work. We have experience in all aspects of junk removal, recycling, equipment rental and customer service. All team members are trained to follow strict company guidelines for conduct and expectations.
