- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It ranges mostly on size, specific of the job and how often. Example a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 1 time need with basic cleaning costs around $100 vs weekly for 1 month would cost around $325. Extra services like deep cleaning fridge, ovens, or laundry starts at an extra $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking down any and all specific things wanted done as for how often, giving quote of service, answering any questions, worries and wishes before, after and during job, calling at arrival and at the end of services and preferred way of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done around 40+ organization and cleaning jobs some were only a one day, some were weekly and/or monthly. Also worked several seasonal housekeeping jobs in over a 15 year span.
