- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes cost of meeting clients on Thumbtack, travel, equipment and overhead, hours of the shoot, and then editing and logistics afterward. I do request a small deposit towards your total to secure your spot which can be discussed when confirming a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy chatting on the phone or over email to get more information on the client's vision and the shooting conditions, and then I will answer any customer questions fully before moving on to setting up logistics such as time, final pricing, and location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied fine arts with a specialty in photography at Carnegie Mellon University School of Art, and I have assisted several NYC editorial photographers for over a year. I also continue to stay up to date with the newest technology in Adobe Suite editing and digital-analog process combinations.
