FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When talking to a new customer, I like to introduce myself and our business. I want to get to know what problems or projects you would like done or fixed. I also would get to know some things you like about interior designs which will help me offer more personalized service and answer your questions about how your project will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and the other co-owner of Operation Renovation LLC, James, have worked with various carpentry, remodeling, and construction companies for over 13 years. Even still we continue our education through classes and studies to stay current with design ideas, construction codes and ideas, and anything relating to the way we do business with you. This ensures that you get the best service from us when we take care of your home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with big realty companies that buy homes in bulk in order to sell or rent them after doing a whole property renovation. We also love working with the individual home owners because we want to change the way homeowners look at general contracting. In a business market where many contractors are late, have poor craftsmanship, are burnt-out in the industry, or take customers money and do not finish the project; we strive everyday to exceed the expectations of the homeowners who allow us to take care of their homes. Our values are based on transparency, honesty, timeliness, get it done right the first time, and fair pricing.
