Update from my previous post Ted came back to put in my side doors and he also poured me new steps and walkway to the new side doors! Everything works and looks great and the new walkway held up in the rain we had last night. Great job Ted I will be calling you in the future for anything additional I may have.
I needed my walkout basement door replaced due to how cold it was in December! Ted came out Thursday and gave me an estimate said he could be here Saturday to replace he’d pick up the doors and be on his way! He did an awesome job! He was very polite and professional I will recommend him to my family and friends. He did such a great job I hired him for some additional projects I need done around the house!!!

I can’t say enough about these guys except I’m thankful I found them. After working with another contractor that had my home destroyed for almost a month. These guys were able quote and correct all remaining issue within 48hr.

Follow through with what he said he would do. Ted Gray hung the drywall in our basement and started to mud but never came back to finish the job. There is mud all over our basement floor and on the carpeted steps. After over a month of excuses, he said he would be back yesterday 4/30/18 to finish the job and he never showed up, never called to say he wasn't going to make it and I still have not heard from him. He said it would take him 3 days to complete the job. He started on March 13th, 2018 and it is now May 3rd. At this point we are going to hire someone else to clean up his messy work and finish the job.
