This guy Cody is very professional. I called him to let him know I had a sidewall 10 foot wide buy a hundred yards long that needed to be pressure-washed very bad. Cody came down and gave me a quote on the job The very next day he came down and did the job very very good. I would highly recommend him and his company to do as far as pressure washing goes to anyone....

Client meant to put 5 out of 5 stars but accidentally hit 4. Thumbtack has a strict policy on not changing reviews ones it's been set.

    About this pro

How does your service stand out? Based on what many of our customers have told us, the way we stand out among others is: Our fast response We are there when we say we will be there Those who have had it done before by others, always seem to say that we made it looked a lot better than the others did. We bust it while we are there, taking as few of breaks as possible. And we often get told that we have very likable personalities haha! We clean: Houses Driveways Patios Decks Fences Gutters Windows And pretty much any other exterior surface you can think of :) What do you enjoy about the work you do? It's kind of an all around thing for me. Starting and running a small business is not the easiest thing to do on an average budget. I started off with just a regular old pressure washer a couple of years ago, washing mainly in the summer months for a little extra. I loved doing the work and decided that it was what I wanted to do. I put a my savings into getting equipment, going door to door to hand out cards, messaging everyone I could, and so on. While it was very stressful, and still is at times, I enjoyed and still enjoy every part of it. It's exciting to see something that you are building grow and get to a point when you start getting calls every day or every other day from people who either have heard about you from others, or some form of advertisement you have done. I'm a hard worker and have been very blessed to build this up to where it is. It is still on a small scale, but its a work in progress :) When it comes to the washing part, I get a lot of instant gratification in this type of work. It gives a great feeling inside when I see something go from dirty to clean. Especially if I get one of the hard spots that just don't seem to want to clean up and I finally get it up just right! I take pride in what I do and put a lot of time into learning how to clean surfaces the correct way. I treat every job as if I'm working on my own property :)

      Q & A

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's no set standard and usually no measuring unless it's a big property or unless it's a really long drive and I need to see how much hose to bring. My prices are based on what needs to be done and the distance I will have to travel. The good thing for customers, is they will not be paying a company who just pays a person to come do your job at an hourly rate. This saves them money. Also, Companies like that usually have an agreement with their employee saying that they need to get the job done in a certain amount of time (meaning you might not get as good of a job done).
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a walk down with them on the property and talk about what needs to be done and how long the process will take.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm one of those that very much enjoys doing a lot of research on what ever type of job I'm doing. I'm always watching videos, reading articles, and reading others experiences and tips that work in the same field. If you ask me something I don't know the answer to, I'll be honest with you and let you know I don't know, but I'm also going to look it up and research it for myself as soon as I get the chance haha
