- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an Fun and Professional Video Company experienced in all events. This quote is for 6hr + edit. We take one song of your choice and make a fully edited music video montage. Along with providing you all of the ceremony and reception coverage. 💰Why are our prices is so competitive. I prices are so competitive because we have a low overhead which allows us to achieve the highest quality possible We charge a travel fee for distances greater then 50 Miles of Alameda. 🎁 Do you offer discounts or packages?We do not offer any discount packages because lowest we have the lowest prices on thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with the new customer is *Once the customers happy with the price that they have received as well as all of our options that we offer *Fill out the information form pay a small deposit of $100 *I will let you know when I receive the deposit. *I will contact you one week before your event for the remaining balance *I will also contact you a couple days before your event to come from all the details *When we arrive at your event we will arrive early for set up *We'll make sure that everybody is having a great time and taken great video* *We will Mail you the DVDs as well as email you all of the online videos from your event no later than 30 days. *We will ask you to give us a nice review on yelp and thumbtack. and hopefully you will come back from more. I love to make sure I fully understand what you are looking to achieve. With many years of experience I am able to rely on my past experiences to make sure that my customers are happy. My customers are very satisfied and do hire me again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my work I am entrepreneur who spends my time to making sure that I achieve the highest level of quality for everyone. I didn't go to school for this but I do watch a lot of educational videos read a lot of books and make sure that I'm knowledgeable on all aspects of business including making sure that my customer is satisfied
