Needed Mr. Lungsford to unclog my pipes, he was very nice, but he did not convince me that he was the right person for the job. He spent 2 days trying to unclog my pipes and was not successful. Had to call another plumber to finish the job.

I advised customer I couldn't fix the issue so I didn't charge customer total price.
