- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and price our services by how many guest there will be, how far we have to travel, and whether or not a tip jar is allowed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we try to figure out all the little details of the event to help better provide the best possible service. We try to cater to the needs of our employer as much as possible and ask many questions before the event so everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us have worked in the service industry for over 8 years and bartended for over three. We have done a variety of events together and in the past we have worked with other bartending event services so we understand what works and what doesn't.
