FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My most requested service is landscaping and landscape maintenance. I charge 35/hr for this. Plumbing jobs vary from 35-50 depending on severity of work and potential danger involved. Also there may be specialty tool rentals pages for by customer and parts also payed by customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the customers phone call to get the basic info on what service is being requested. I will acquire all necessary information for the the service requested. Then I will schedule an appointment to go to the location of the service and give an estimated time and cost of said service so the customer will have a good idea of final costs. If parts, or specialty tools are required, I will at this time make the customer aware of cost of parts and tools then make a parts run, return and perform the work professionaly, completely, and to current codes if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive skill and experience in the services I provide thru companies I have worked for. I will not take on what I cannot or am not allowed to work on. The services I provide do not require any special schooling or licensing. Gas plumbing is a good example of required licensed work(I cannot perform gas plumbing due to licensing restrictions but I do have the skills). I provide the same service the average guy from a company performs the difference is this is my only income so I do quality work every time. Again I do not perform required license work, I do only reapairs and maintenance. My work falls into what is the most common services requested at most companies skills and knowledge of the work is all that's need and I provide that.
