As a vegan previous trainers and nutritionists have told me that I have to eat meat to get the results that I want. Ignacio however, is very knowledgeable of plant based nutrition and I have had great results working with him these past 3 months. I was never a big fan of diets but I knew I needed to change my eating habits to be healthier. After working with Ignacio, I learned that I did not need to go on a crazy diet or extreme lifestyle change to be healthy. I learned that I can still be healthy while eating the foods that I love.
