I deal with my customers on a one to one basis. I charge a one time flat fee, excluding parts (if needed), whether the job takes longer than anticipated or not. I deal fairly with my customers as I do assisting my own family members. Trust and commitment is my number one goal. I've been a computer tech for over twenty years and currently work in the computer industry as a technician. I truly enjoy solving technical issues and working with clients, friends, family, co-workers and anyone who just needs a little tech help.
