- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each design is unique and pricing will vary based on a customer's specific needs. We've worked with budgets ranging from $200.00 - $200,000.00 and we treat each client with the same care and attention no matter the amount spent. All custom work for rings or anything for which we don't have an existing setting comes with an additional $500.00 cost to make the new mold for the ring or piece of jewelry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The KatherineHelena Experience™ replaces the common jewelry counter sales transaction with a one-on-one consultation to answer your questions and address your needs. If you're visiting our location, how do we already know what you want before you arrive? We ask prior to your visit! The process starts with our initial consultation to discuss your budget, ideas and desired features. The consultation is offered free of charge and will take approximately twenty minutes. In person follow-up appointments are at the charge of $100.00 which will be credited to your account for purchase of your jewelry. During your follow-up appointment, you will be able to select from approximately twenty pieces based on your provided information. Any piece selected will be charged to your credit card and you have the ability to opt for an alternate payment method at the time of your visit. Should you like to move forward with a custom piece, please note that custom craft takes approximately three to four weeks to produce. Complex designs may take up to five weeks to finish. At completion, all custom pieces are hand-delivered at your convenience. We offer insured Fed-Ex shipment free of charge, as well as direct delivery from a KatherineHelena Consultant.
