- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MW Concepts Provides a 6 step process for a success website build. I will go through the steps below, or you can also visit my website for more details. 1.Meeting -During the meeting stage we will discuss the mission of the business and what the company hopes to achieve with a new website or improvement of an existing one. Whether it’s your goal to attract more visitors to your storefront, sell online, or providing your fans with new music. This is arguably the most important step. It establishes what you the client expects from the website, and me as the designer. 2.Design -Once I have a better understanding of the business, the design work begins. Based on information provided, I will create a design and send it to you for review. 3.Implementation - Now that we have a final design we can begin building the actual website. During this step I will begin to structure the website using the content (pictures, text, and video) you provide and/or the new content I create. I will go through and connect the requested social media accounts. 4.Feed back - Now that the website is ready, I want to hear your final feedback. If there is anything that needs tweaking we will make changes before the site goes live. I will provide 3 small changes or tweaks to the site as agreed on through the Web design agreement that must be signed before work begins. 5.Training -Training is provided through a one-on-one session with you or the person managing the website for you. This usually takes about 45min to show you things such as changing text, uploading new pictures, communicating with customers, and managing a store if your site has one. During that time do not hesitate to ask any questions. 6.Launch -The last and final step is showing your new website to the world. At this last stage we are ready for customers to visit the site and learn more about your business and or make purchases!
