Introduction: My office is accessible by DC public transit, and located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Treatment depends on your preferences as well as best practices for meeting your individual needs/concerns. Working holistically, I integrate wellness, cognitive-behavioral tools, and insight-based therapies into individualized treatment. Areas of expertise include mindfulness, self injury, life transition, and anxiety/stress management. Additionally, I provide private yoga instruction.
