- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very affordable prices and try to work with customers budgets when necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll have an initial meeting/discussion over emails, texts, or phone calls. After getting the idea and design discussed, I’ll do some research and present cost for the project. I’ll ask for 50% deposit upfront and the rest will be due upon completion of the project. Additional fees may apply for changes being made during the process. I offer unlimited communication during the process to ensure we stay on the same page, and to discuss issues and ideas. We’ll have a first meeting to take measurements, and a few fittings along the way if possible. I do offer remote service to customers outside of the area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m mostly self taught, I started as a performer myself so I understand what’s important when it comes to performance costumes.
