- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts for larger or complex projects. Our pricing is always changing and we have specials running on different services all the time. you just need to ask, or visit us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers receive a written estimate of charges that can be approved by email before scheduling or book online and see pricing on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in Carpet, Tile, Upholstery, Odor and Stain removal, and Water Damage. This included certification by the IICRC. I also have a degree in Cybersecurity.
