Timmy came out and took the time to review our questions. Both of our chimney flews did not need cleaning so the cost for the visit was much less than I expected. He identified options for more effective use of our fireplaces. Great service, very knowledgeable.

They were excellent! They always answer the phone, answer questions via email, were on time, kept everything clean. They inspected, cleaned, and started the fireplace which hadn't been used in years and was full of leaves.
