- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I truly understand that budget can be the make or break when it comes to photography. I am open to hearing to where you are trying to stay within and customizing a package that best suits those needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love having an informal meet and greet to get to know the clients I am photographing. I realize in everyday life, schedules can not always accommodate that. So a phone call or face time works very well in those situations as well. Once we get the introduction out of the way, we come up with a time line and discuss the items to stay on the same page. Whether that be a coffee or a pint, it is important to me that we stay in contact so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA and have studied through NYIP. I am constantly taking online courses and or participating in live seminars to stay current with the trends and needs of my clients.
