- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a free 30 minute strategy session so I can learn more about what the customer is struggling with and what they need help with. If the customer sees value in our working together then we take it from there. My price once a customer is ready to get to work is $75 for each 60 minute session. I only do coaching calls over the phone or skype, I find it's much easier to schedule calls then in-person sessions. It offers great flexibility for the customer. I also ask clients to download the Voxer App so that we can stay in touch between calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a 30 minute free consultation to learn more about the customer, their struggles and what they are looking to achieve. From there we dive into some values work, take a deeper look at what area's of their life they are feeling unsatisfied and then start to work toward making positive changes in their life. It's a very individual process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in education administration which has really taught me how to connect, listen and mentor/teach customers. In the spring of 2017 I received my coaching certification through iPEC which is an accredited coaching program. I am also a member of the iCF which is The International Coaching Federation.
