FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our standard pricing and request for custom quote forms can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer: 1. Planning and consultation meeting with the customer to understand their objectives and personalize their photography session to deliver a final product that exceeds their expectations. Some clients have a clear idea of what they are looking for, others want to enjoy the experience of having the photographer be creative and make them look beautiful or handsome. In the planning and consultation session we discuss ideas, what to wear, locations, best lighting, and who will be in the photography session. A photography agreement is signed, which includes the details of the photography shoot, and a $50 deposit is made to book the photography session date. Note: The photography planning and consultation session could take place in person, video chat (Skype) or by phone. In person planning sessions are the best. 2. The Photo Shoot - as discussed at the planning and consultation meeting. We will create great images at your session. Your images will be ready for viewing in 2-7 days. Note: headshot, and some portrait sessions, will be ready same day as the photo shoot. 3. Client viewing and ordering presentation. Note: headshot and some portrait sessions will be ready same day as the photo shoot. 4. Order pickup or delivery depending on customer requirement.
