FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. For remodeling work I do but for smaller type jobs I often simply charge for the time and material required to complete the job. This method typically saves the customer money, partially because I'm one of the only plumbers in Atlanta that charges for fractions of hours, not just charging a customer another full hour if the time runs past the 60 minutes mark. An example is if a job takes me an hour and 45 minutes to complete, then that's what I'll charge instead of two full hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To learn about what their issue/objective is and to give them different options on how they can achieve what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed a four year plumbing apprenticeship program before obtaining my journeyman plumbers license
