- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In all fairness, we do not have a basic pricing system. We always prefer to price each job/project individually based on budget, client needs, and/or special requests. We we do offer are flat rates.... hourly rates.... Let us know your needs and we can design a package or rate that fits any reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st ... The initial phone call 2nd.... Meet and Greet or phone consultation to understand the needs of the client or project/event...and allow them to get to know me. (Answer questions etc) 3rd......Collect deposit to lock in date/event 4th.......Capture Event 5th.......Provide Product and collect balance oamount due
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the photography industry for 20 years... Offering Freelance services to a variety of photography companies throughout the Southern region. I have trained many photographers and I have managed many in my years of work and honing my craft. As a newly rejuvenated Family company, we now are able to bring those core values to the platform, offering a more sincere and genuine experience to our clients, as they are able to feel and appreciate the authenticity of our passion and love for what we do!... Think about it, when family members can work together successfully, it must be a strong love!!!...haha
